Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping on orders over €40. For orders under €40, the shipping fee is €3.90.

EU Countries: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country.

Switzerland &and Non-EU Countries: Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping duration

Germany: 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

International: 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during periods of high demand or due to seasonal delays.
Shipping service providers
We usually ship with DHL and Deutsche Post. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery addresses

Deliveries are possible to home addresses, parcel stations, and post offices.

Please carefully check your address before submitting the order, as we can only make limited changes afterwards.
Undelivered shipments
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance, additional shipping costs may apply for resending.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days after receipt at support@myvial.de with your order number and, if applicable, photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
