Where do the natural raw materials come from❓
Our organic-products are of natural quality and meet the highest standards for food quality - they are certified by the organic-control body DE-ÖKO-006 . In sourcing raw materials, we strive to obtain them from the countries of origin where they naturally occur. The quality of the raw materials is our top priority. Additionally, we must consider other factors such as the global market situation and harvest results. According to EU law, the country is declared as the country of origin where the last substantial processing step took place. Nevertheless, we are required by EU law to declare only the country of origin.
Our products come from all over the world - from Germany, through Peru to the Ivory Coast 🌍
Are corresponding analysis certificates available ❓
The quality & purity of our ingredients and products is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we subject our raw materials to comprehensive testing before further processing, which includes identity (color, smell, taste, appearance), purity, active ingredient content, the presence of contaminants such as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), and microbiological criteria.
Our finished products are also regularly analyzed by independent laboratories. During this process, the declared active ingredient content is verified, as well as microbiology and the presence of contaminants such as ethylene oxide and heavy metals.

CONSUMPTION
Can I combine all products with each other❓
The majority of our products can be easily combined, as they generally do not interfere with each other's effects. There are even combinations that are particularly sensible, as they exhibit synergistic effects, meaning they improve the absorption of the individual ingredients.
An exception is our iron: Iron tends to interact quickly with other substances, which prevents it from being absorbed by the body. Therefore, our iron should ideally be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal. Regular tap water is best for this purpose, as z.B. Coffee or tea contain substances that can inhibit iron absorption.
How should I proceed if I have difficulty swallowing the capsules? Is it possible to open the capsules❓
In principle, it is possible to stir the contents of our capsules into cold foods or beverages (z.B. Reishi, Moringa, Acerola, Turmeric). We advise against warm or hot drinks to avoid impairing the active ingredients.
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, there is a small trick:
First, take a sip of liquid in your mouth and then push the capsule through your closed lips into your mouth. This way, the capsule is less strongly perceived by the tongue, and the natural chewing impulse is bypassed, making swallowing easier.
How do I dose in case of a (nutrient) deficiency❓
If a deficiency is present, a higher dosage may be necessary to reach the normal range again. The exact dosage and duration of intake vary individually and should ideally be discussed with a doctor or alternative practitioner. To meet daily needs, we recommend adhering to our specified consumption recommendations.
Is it possible for children to also take the regular products❓
Our products are natural, holistic, and pure and meet the requirements for food quality. Therefore, they are generally suitable for children and the whole family. However, regarding dosage, we recommend consulting with specialists or alternative practitioners, as we are only allowed to provide dosage recommendations for adults due to legal reasons. The respective recommendations for adults can be found on the product pages in our shop.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
What are the optimal storage conditions for the products❓
To maintain the quality of our products as best as possible, they should be stored cool or at room temperatures up to 25°C and protected from light and moisture. Additionally, it is important to carefully reseal all packaging after removing a product.
Dietary supplements are often stored in the bathroom or kitchen. However, since temperature and humidity fluctuations can frequently occur in these areas, it is advisable to choose the storage location accordingly.
What is the shelf life of the products❓
The specific minimum shelf life of each product is usually printed on the back of the packaging. This date refers to the product in its unopened state. When stored in a light-protected place at room temperature and handled hygienically, preferably with sterile techniques using the pipette, the opened product can be consumed without any issues until this date.

Why are there differences in taste, appearance, or smell of my current product compared to my previous one❓
Due to our natural and holistic approach at myvial, we use numerous plant raw materials in our products. Plants can vary slightly in their ingredients depending on the harvest time, variety, and cultivation location, which in turn affects the color, smell, and taste of the final product.
Additionally, we consciously do without certain additives, which could ensure a consistently uniform product, but which we consider unnecessary. If you are unsure whether everything is in order with your product, you can always contact our customer service. Just send us a photo to 👀
Some products are currently unavailable. When will they be available again❓
We are doing our best to have your favorite products back in stock as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe, as we do not want to make promises that we may not be able to keep.

Our products are designed to be as compatible and healthy as possible. Here is the information on the specific ingredients:
Gluten: Our products are gluten-free. However, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination, so we cannot guarantee absolute trace-free status.
Lactose: All our products are 100% vegan and therefore contain no lactose.
Histamine: Our products are not routinely tested for histamine. Therefore, natural occurrence or traces of histamine cannot be completely excluded. We recommend consulting a doctor in case of histamine intolerance.
Fructose: Our products are not routinely tested for fructose. Therefore, natural occurrence or traces of fructose cannot be completely excluded. We also recommend consulting a doctor in case of fructose intolerance.

Do you use sustainable packaging and shipping materials❓
Yes, our product packaging is made from plastic-free materials (PLA). For shipping, we use boxes that are made from at least 95% recycled material. We completely avoid adhesive tape, bubble wrap, and similar items, and instead use recycled packing paper. Our goal is to continuously find more sustainable solutions.
