Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 365 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 365 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, orhas, provided that you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (myvial GbR, Hauptstr. 16, 89564 Nattheim, Telephone: +49 7326 2739991, Email address: support@myvial.de) by means of a clear statement (z.B. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 365 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier point in time.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 365 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 365-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or expiration reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 365 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
